These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Unlimited Annual Plan

These terms (version 2026-09-28) apply only to the Unlimited annual plan, when it is offered, and only after you explicitly accept them before paying. The Unlimited annual plan costs $1,919.90 per year and includes 42,000 credits each month; other plans are not changed.

• Images: every current and future public image model, size and version is free during your paid annual term, up to 5 at a time, with no daily or monthly cap.
• Videos: every current and future public video model and setting is free for 7 days (168 hours) from the successful payment of your first annual purchase (including your first switch from monthly to annual) and of each normal annual renewal. Switching plans again or buying again after cancelling does not repeat the first gift. One free video runs at a time, shared by the website and the Agent, and videos already running count toward it. Tasks accepted while free finish free; afterwards videos use credits.
• Voluntary refund window: available only if you submit the request less than 72 hours after the payment succeeded. At 72 hours or later the voluntary refund does not apply. This applies to first purchases and renewals alike.
• Usage and amount: usage counts only successful generations attributed to that order, free images and videos included, each at the normal credit price frozen when it was submitted. Failed tasks and tasks paid entirely with separately purchased credits are excluded. With 0 usage you get a full refund; below 10,000 credits we deduct $0.01 per credit from the amount paid for that order, never below $0. Example: 9,999 credits deducts $99.99, but at 10,000 credits or more the voluntary refund does not apply.
• Pause on request: submitting a refund request immediately pauses new benefits from that order, on the website, in model comparison and in the Agent. Tasks already accepted finish at their original price, and separately purchased credit packs are not affected. Requests are checked against these rules during review; submitting one is not a completed refund.
• Fair use: Unlimited is only for use through our website and our built-in Agent. It does not cover direct external API calls, scripts, bots or auto-clickers, even if you have an API key. Account sharing or renting, reselling generation access or proxy services, bypassing concurrency, fake tasks, exploiting bugs and using several accounts to repeat the first gift are not allowed. You may use your generated works commercially.
• Enforcement: when there is reasonable evidence of abuse we may pause an account for review; confirmed violations can lead to suspension, and you can appeal. IP changes or high usage alone are not treated as a violation. Unlimited means no total cap and no hidden daily or monthly limit, not a guaranteed speed; reasonable outages and maintenance may occur.
• Your rights: nothing in this section limits refunds or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

For mixed credit payments, only this order’s funded share counts. Tasks accepted before the request count toward final usage if they succeed afterward; the 72-hour deadline is assessed at request time. Rejected requests and customer withdrawals restore the original order benefits only after administrator review, without extending the original gift window.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
